Email Logs Tab
Access the Scheduled Meeting
On the MeetingPal Home Page, locate the left-hand menu. Select Meetings.

Start editing the meeting
In the meetings page ,you will see all your meetings and the meetings that you are scheduled to attend.
Click on the 'Manage Meeting' button to begin editing the selected meeting.

Open the Email Logs Tab
In the selected meeting’s dropdown menu, click Email Logs.
The Email Logs page will open.

Understanding the Email Logs Page
The Email Logs page provides a detailed history of all emails sent for the meeting.
You can use this page to:
- View sent meeting invitations and notifications.
- Monitor delivery statuses.
- Compose and send emails
Compose an email
You can compose and send emails by using the compose button.


Review Log Information
Each email log entry may include:
- Recipient Name.
- Email Address.
- Email Subject.
- Delivery Status.
- Date and Time Sent.
- Delivery Confirmation Time.
- Error Messages or Bounce Reasons.
Use this information to confirm whether emails were successfully delivered.
Filter and Search the Logs
Use the search bar and filters to locate specific messages.

You may be able to filter by:
- Recipient name.
- Email address.
- Delivery status.
- Date range.
- Email type.
This is useful when troubleshooting delivery issues for specific recipients.
Troubleshoot Failed Emails
If an email has failed:
- Verify that the email address is correct.
- Ask the recipient to check their Spam or Junk folder.
- Confirm that the recipient’s mailbox is not full.
- Correct the email address if necessary and resend the invitation.
Resend Emails
After correcting any issues:
- Return to the Invitees page.
- Click Notify Users.
- Select the appropriate resend option.
- Send the invite again.
Common Uses for Email Logs
The Email Logs tab is useful for:
- Confirming delivery of meeting invitations.
- Tracking reminder emails.
- Investigating bounced emails.
- Maintaining communication audit records.
Important Notes
Delivery confirmations indicate that the recipient’s email server accepted the message; they do not guarantee the recipient has read it.
Open tracking depends on the recipient’s email client settings.
Some log updates may take a few moments to appear.
