Left Meeting Tab

Access the Scheduled Meeting

On the MeetingPal Home Page, locate the left-hand menu. Select Meetings.

From the dropdown list, locate and select the scheduled meeting you want to review.

Open the Left Meeting Tab

In the selected meeting’s dropdown menu, click Left Meeting.

The Left Meeting page will open.

Understanding the Left Meeting Page

The Left Meeting page displays a list of attendees who joined the meeting and subsequently disconnected or left before the meeting concluded.

From this page, you can:

  • View which attendees have left the meeting.
  • See the time each attendee exited.
  • Monitor attendance changes during the meeting.
  • Determine whether quorum was affected.
  • Identify attendees who may need assistance rejoining.

Review Left Meeting Records

Each record may include information such as:

  • Attendee Name
  • Unit Number or Ownership Details
  • Time Joined
  • Time Left
  • Duration Connected
  • Current Connection Status

Use this information to monitor participation throughout the meeting.

Search and Filter Records

Use the search bar and filters to quickly locate specific attendees.

You may be able to filter by:

  • Attendee name.
  • Group.
  • Unit number.
  • Time left.
  • Connection status.

Monitor Quorum Impact

When attendees leave the meeting, the represented voting units and attendance totals may decrease.

Use the Left Meeting tab together with the Attendance Register and Status tabs to determine whether quorum is still met.

Assist Attendees Who Left

If an attendee disconnects unexpectedly:

  • Contact the attendee using the Chat, Email, or WhatsApp features.
  • Ask them to rejoin using their personalised meeting link.
  • Confirm they appear again in the Attendance Register after reconnecting.

Export Left Meeting Records (Optional)

If available:

Click Export or Download. Save the report for audit or troubleshooting purposes.

The export may include all connection and disconnection timestamps.

Common Uses for the Left Meeting Tab

The Left Meeting tab is useful for:

  • Monitoring connectivity issues.
  • Tracking attendance changes during the meeting.
  • Verifying when attendees exited.
  • Supporting quorum and audit reporting.

Best Practices

Monitor the tab during important votes.

Follow up promptly if key participants disconnect.

Confirm quorum remains intact after departures.

Export the report for the official meeting record if required.

Important Notes

Attendees who rejoin the meeting may no longer appear as inactive in this list.

Connection timestamps are recorded automatically when participants join and leave online meetings.

The Left Meeting tab is especially useful for virtual and hybrid meetings.

Available details may vary depending on your organization’s configuration.
