Assigning Units to Invitees/Attendees

Access the Scheduled Meeting

On the MeetingPal Home Page, locate the left-hand menu. Select Meetings.

From the dropdown list, locate and select the scheduled meeting where you want to assign units to invitees or attendees.

Open the Invitees Page

In the selected meeting’s dropdown menu, click Invitees.

The Invitees Page will open, displaying all members and attendees associated with the meeting.

Locate the Invitee or Attendee

Use the search bar or scroll through the invitee list to find the attendee to whom you want to assign a unit.

Click the attendee’s row to open their details, or select the Edit option.

Open the Unit Assignment Field

In the attendee details form, locate the Unit, Assigned Unit, or Units field.

Click the field to view the list of available units.

Select the Appropriate Unit

Choose the correct unit from the dropdown list.

If multiple units can be assigned, select all relevant units.

Confirm that the selected unit(s) are displayed correctly.

Save the Changes

Click Save, Update Invitee, or Confirm.

The assigned unit(s) will now appear in the attendee’s details.

Assign Units to Multiple Invitees (Optional)

If MeetingPal supports bulk updates:

  • Select multiple invitees using the checkboxes on the Invitees Page.
  • Click Bulk Actions or Assign Units.
  • Choose the appropriate unit(s).
  • Click Apply or Save Changes.

Review Unit Assignments

After saving:

  • Confirm the correct unit names appear next to each invitee.
  • Verify that voting rights or ownership allocations are updated correctly.
  • Edit assignments if changes are required before the meeting starts.

Important Notes

Units are often used to represent ownership, voting weight, or membership allocations.

Assigned units may affect quorum calculations and voting outcomes.

Ensure each invitee is assigned the correct unit(s) before sending invites or opening voting.

Bulk assignment options may vary depending on your organization’s MeetingPal configuration.
