Notifications Tab

Access the Scheduled Meeting

On the MeetingPal Home Page, locate the left-hand menu. Select Meetings.

From the dropdown list, locate and select the scheduled meeting for which you want to view or manage notifications.

Open the Notifications Tab

In the selected meeting’s dropdown menu, click Notifications.

The Notifications page will open.

Understanding the Notifications Page

The Notifications page provides a central history of all communications sent for the meeting.

From this page, you can:

  • View all notifications sent to attendees.
  • See whether notifications were sent by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or in-app message.
  • Review delivery statuses.
  • Check sent dates and times.
  • Open and review notification content.
  • Monitor failed deliveries.

Review Notification Details

Each notification record may include:

  • Notification Subject or Title.
  • Delivery Method.
  • Recipient Name.
  • Delivery Status.
  • Date and Time Sent.
  • Sender.
  • Error Messages (if applicable).

Use this information to verify that important communications were successfully delivered.

Search and Filter Notifications

Use the search bar and filters to locate specific notifications.

You may be able to filter by:

  • Recipient name.
  • Delivery method.
  • Delivery status.
  • Date range.
  • Notification type.

This is useful when auditing communication history or troubleshooting delivery issues.

View Notification Content

Click a notification record.

Review the message content and recipient details.

This allows you to confirm exactly what was sent to participants.

Monitor Delivery Statuses

Common delivery statuses may include:

  • Queued – Waiting to be sent.
  • Sent – Successfully submitted.
  • Delivered – Reached the recipient.
  • Opened – Opened by the recipient (where supported).
  • Failed – Delivery unsuccessful.

If a notification fails, review the error message and correct the underlying issue.

Use Notifications for Audit Purposes

The Notifications tab is especially useful for:

  • Confirming that meeting invitations were sent.
  • Verifying reminder notifications.
  • Investigating communication disputes.
  • Maintaining audit trails for compliance.

Export Notifications (Optional)

If available, click Export to download notification history for reporting or record-keeping.

Best Practices

Review notifications after sending important messages.

Follow up on failed deliveries promptly.

Keep communication records for governance and compliance purposes.

Use the Notifications tab together with Email Logs and WhatsApp Logs for detailed delivery analysis.

Important Notes

The Notifications tab is a reporting and monitoring tool; actual messages are typically sent from Invite Email, Invite WhatsApp, or Notification Sender.

Available delivery methods depend on your organization’s configuration.

Open tracking may depend on recipient device and application settings.
