Using the Super Fixes Tab in a Scheduled Meeting in MeetingPal

Access the Scheduled Meeting

On the MeetingPal Home Page, locate the left-hand menu. Select Meetings.

From the dropdown list, locate and select the scheduled meeting for which you want to perform advanced maintenance actions.

Open the Super Fixes Tab

In the selected meeting’s dropdown menu, click Super Fixes.

The Super Fixes page will open.

Understanding the Super Fixes Page

The Super Fixes tab provides advanced administrative tools used to correct or rebuild meeting data when something is out of sync.

These tools are typically intended for experienced administrators or support staff.

From this page, you may be able to:

Recalculate quorum and attendance figures. Rebuild voting totals. Regenerate personalized meeting links. Refresh invitee and owner data. Recreate PDFs and meeting packs. Synchronize meeting settings. Repair data inconsistencies.

Review Available Maintenance Actions

Each action on the Super Fixes page performs a specific repair or synchronization task.

Examples may include:

Rebuild Tokens Recalculate Quorum Refresh Attendance Recompute Vote Totals Regenerate PDFs Recreate Meeting Pack Sync Invitees

Read the description for each action before running it.

Run a Super Fix

Locate the maintenance action you want to execute. Click the corresponding button.

Confirm the action when prompted. Wait for MeetingPal to complete the process.

Verify the Results

After running a Super Fix:

Return to the relevant meeting tab. Confirm that the issue has been resolved. Refresh the page if necessary.

Examples include checking updated quorum totals, regenerated links, or corrected voting results.

Common Uses for Super Fixes

The Super Fixes tab is useful when:

Personalized links are missing. Quorum figures appear incorrect. Voting totals do not match expected results. PDFs fail to generate. Invitee data is out of sync. Meeting statistics appear inconsistent.

Best Practices

Use Super Fixes only when necessary. Understand the purpose of each action before running it. Verify the outcome immediately after completion. Contact support if you are unsure which fix to use.

Important Notes

Super Fixes can make significant changes to meeting data and calculations. Access is typically restricted to advanced users or administrators. Some actions may take several minutes to complete. Always confirm that no critical processes are running before applying a fix.
